Casa Las Palomas is a 3 Bedroom House with its own private entrance and outside space with accommodation for up to 8 people, and its own private Swimming Pool.

The Casa is situated in a courtyard position with ample parking space.

Downstairs consists of a Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room, Utility Room, and Hallway areas.

As you walk in the Back Door of the Casa you come straight into the Kitchen.

The Kitchen is modern and open plan with a large Gas Range Cooker, Double Sink and Mixer Taps, Large Upright Family Fridge Freezer, under the counter stroage space as well as wall units and also a small larder space.

Just off the Kitchen is a Utility Room which consists of a walk in shower cubicle, Washing Machine, Toilet and Sink with Mixer Taps, Ironing Board and Iron etc.

The Dining Room is just off the kitchen with a large Dining Table and Chairs and can comfortably seats up to 10 people, also in the room is a wood log burner and storage cupboard.

The Lounge area is just off the hallway and is comfortable with 3 sofas in total in the room able to seat up to 8 people, there is a large Wood Burner, Uplighters, Coffee Table, Rug, and Storage Unit, and free WiFi and a bookcase full of books (which we hope guests will use and replace any books they would like to take away with them with any books they have finished with). There is also the main front door leading out to the front of the Casa and parking area.

The double height hallway leads upstairs to the main landing area, where you will find the 3 bedrooms. Also off the main landing are stairs up to a private roof terrace with views across the Ramblas (dry river bed) and the rolling hillsides covered in Almond and Olive Groves.

Bedroom 1 consists of a King Size Bed with firm mattress, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, full length wall mirror, overhead light and cooling ceiling fan. Off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with a fully tiled walk in shower unit with overhead and hand showers, toilet, wall mirror, and wash basin with mixer taps.

Bedroom 2 consists of a King Size Bed with firm mattress, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, tallboy, full length wall mirror, overhead lighting with cooling ceiling fan, and access to a small balcony with views over the terrace and pool area. Off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with a fully tiled walk in shower unit with overhead and hand showers, toilet, wall mirror, and wash basin with mixer taps, this ensuite also has a bath as well as the separate shower unit.

Bedroom 3 consists of a King Size Bed with firm mattress, bedside tables with bedisde lamps, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, wicker chair,full length wall mirror, overheard lighting with cooling ceiling fan, and access to a terrace with relaxing loungers. Off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with a fully tiles walk in shower unit with overhead and hand showers, toilet, wall mirror,and sink with mixer taps.

There also a Mezzanine area leading off the main bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe which makes this bedroom ideal as a "Family" bedroom.

The outside of the property can be accessed via the door in the kitchen and is enclosed with wooden gates and wall for privacy. There is a large terrace area situated in front of the swimming pool with Sun Loungers available. There is also a BBQ area for enjoying your meals outdoors in the brilliant sunshine, and table and chairs able to seat people comfortably with a large windup parasol and overhead sun shade as well.
